Salon Policies

  • We ask that you do not bring Children, Pets, Friends, or Family with you to your appointment. Due to spacial purposes, we cannot accommodate extra company.

  • We kindly ask that you provide us notice of your intention to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

    Appointments cancelled after this time frame will be subject to a Cancellation Fee.

    Same Day Cancellations / Failure to show up - Will be charged the FULL amount of the scheduled service amount.

    Failure to pay your cancellation fee after 24 hours will result in the inability to book any future appointments with us.

  • If for any reason we cannot make it to your scheduled service and we cancel less than 24 hours in advanced, your next service will be compensated 10% of the total service amount.

    We offer this as our apology and hope that you will understand that life happens for us too and that your business is important to us.

  • We require that you are no more than 10 min late for your appointment, or we may ask that you reschedule for another day.

    You will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your entire service booked for missing your appointment. This amount must be fulfilled prior to booking your next appointment. Failure to pay your fees will result in the inability to book future appointments.

    If we are able to still see you but are not able to accomplish the original scheduled services, you will still be charged 50% of the service not completed due to lateness.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe your illness will affect your experience.

    Please be courteous to our staff and clients. Missing your appointment affects us less than if we were to be exposed and lose an entire week of work or more.

    We appreciate your diligence in keeping yourself, us, and our clients safe.

  • We strive to make sure that every client leaves our salon feeling better about their hair than when they came in. In the event that you are unhappy with a service you received by us, we are happy to adjust it for you.

    -Adjustments are accepted within 10 days of your visit with us.

    -Any request made after 10 days will be subject to a service fee up to our discretion.

    We ask that you be courteous to your stylist, as we are human too. We work to the best of our ability based off of our starting canvas.

    If you are a first time client and we have consulted thoroughly with you about needing additional appointments to achieve your look, be mindful of requesting adjustments right away. Our goal is always to provide you with a wearable transitional color that gets us closer to our goal during our future appointments.

  • We are not responsible for any damage or discoloration to your extensions caused by (but not limited to)- Sunscreen, Spray Tans/Self Tanners, Make-up, Fire, lack of at-home-care, yanking, snagging, matting, excessive heat damage, etc.

    If you choose not to purchase new hair after experiencing discoloration- there will be an additional charge to treat your extensions; however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to remove discoloration from the extensions.

    We reserve the right to refuse to re-apply any extensions that will not benefit your total look.

    We reserve the right to refuse service if at home care is clearly not being followed. Signs of abnormal wear, slipping, snags at the top of the weft, mold, fungus, excessive buildup on extensions or hair, abnormal dandruff, excessive shedding when extensions are removed, or visible abuse of the extension install will be discussed. If we dont see signs of improvement during your next visit, we reserve the right to refuse your next install due to safety concerns.

    Please keep in mind- We strive to provide this service so you can enhance your look, NOT to rely solely on them. Our goal is to utilize this incredible tool to help grow hair, recover from damage, add volume, or add length for a special event.

  • Clients will be required to send a retainer fee to reserve their extension install. This covers the cost of the hair and will be ordered upon remittance.

    Clients may change their mind BEFORE the extensions are opened and installed. There will be a restocking fee of 10% + the shipping costs to return the hair to the company.

    Cancellations past our 48 hour policy will be charged for the full install amount for that day.

    If we do not receive your payment for your missed appointment- your purchased hair will be absorbed by the salon and you will not receive a refund.

    Once the hair is purchased, installed, colored, etc, it is non refundable under any circumstance.
